We have three main business streams for career progression: Technical, Corporate, Management.
Technical roles are our frontline positions in claims management and loss adjusting. The technical area offers a myriad of opportunities, depending on your experience, personal interest and hunger to learn and develop your skills. Unless already a specialist you will likely be joining the company in the domestic, small commercial property and motor division. After consolidating your skills and knowledge in these areas and with adequate training and qualifications, the vast array of the specialist areas will be available for you to explore such as: Agriculture, Business Interruption and Financial, Construction and Engineering, Liability and Investigation, Major Loss, Marine, Heavy Motor and Risk Survey.
Corporate positions support the technical frontline teams to deliver products and services to our clients in an effective, timely and efficient manner. These jobs are in the areas of: Clerical Business Support, Communication, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Products and Services Continuous Improvement and Sales.
Management positions refer to the people who run and control a section/department/division or whole organisation, who act and have the skill and experience to coordinate and direct the actions of their team in order to deal with situations and business requirements successfully. These positions are both in the corporate and in the technical areas.
