Pre-loss Survey Services
Our risk surveyors identify, highlight, evaluate and make recommendations for the remediation of key risks at new or existing locations across Australia.
We provide a comprehensive report, photographs and a summary of the potential areas of exposure for further action by you and ultimately your customers. Our surveys cover such areas as fire, electrical, harmful chemicals, gases, security, management controls and liability.
We also offer a custom service to meet your underwriting needs should you wish to use your own internal questionnaire and report formats.

Underinsurance Review
Underinsurance is one of the most significant issues for SME’s when making claims following a loss. Not only does underinsurance affect the full recovery of property losses but it can also devastate the recovery process from a business interruption perspective. Many businesses never fully recover and some do not survive a major loss where underinsurance is a factor.
