Jeff Smith is NSW Investigation Manager for Cerno.

He has over eighteen years’ experience in the area of financial analysis and investigation, much of which has related to complex matters consistent with the Commonwealth Fraud Control Guidelines, the Commonwealth Investigation Standards Package, the NSW Crimes Act 1914 and the Commonwealth Criminal Code.

He was previously employed with the National Crime Authority and NSW Police he has conducted numerous investigations into large scale fraud specialising in asset tracing and recovery, as well as organised internet fraud by organised crime groups.

Jeff has completed a Masters in Fraud Investigation at Charles Sturt University and Graduate Diploma in Investigation Management.

Dale Coleman is Northern Investigations Manager for Cerno. Dale is a career investigator having performed 21 distinguished years in the NSW Police Force including 9 years as a designated Detective and an informations analyst. Dale performed factual and surveillance investigations in NSW and South East Qld for over 8 years before taking on Operational Management Roles over the past 3 years. Dale oversees operations in Queensland and the NT.

Todd Marshall is Southern Region Investigations Manager for Cerno. Todd has extensive investigation experience having served as a Police Officer and Commonwealth Criminal Investigator. He has National Security Intelligence experience and has managed circumstance, factual and surveillance operations in the private sector servicing commercial clients. Todd oversees operations in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania
