First Assess. An Australian first!

 

First Assess is a sophisticated smart phone application designed to improve service levels by allowing Cerno Loss Adjusters to focus on the critical issues. Equipped with an iPhone they can receive allocated cases while away from the office. 

Once an on-site assessment has been made, the adjuster enters information into First Assess. Utilising 3G, Cerno Adjusters forward the information to their office immediately to enable a Site Report, containing the critical information, to be prepared. 

This means time is saved and value adding activities and qualitative processes are improved.
